Farrowing house with ventilation without air duct
Valves in the breeding, pregnancy and maternity wards ensure fresh air supply in the barn. Three air-scrubbing units from CBgroep suction the air directly and without a central extraction duct out of the stable. The units were custom-built in the workshop of CBgroep in Staden and each of them is equipped with a pressure chamber for the installation of fans and/or extraction diaphragms. After installation, the outlet of each unit was worked out in a plastic panel to the bottom of the roof. In order to make the roof waterproof, use was made of ventilation ducts. The three units were connected to one washing water circuit and a central control room with a Draineater.
